public apology to jay aka 289ace
i was in the wrong in my post earlier today,
the story jay told me in pm vs what the owner told me werent the same and to put it nicely the seller was a bit of a strange man so im taking jays word over his and today i had a similar situation with a 1958 porsche 356 i found which made me think of this, and i was out of line and rude in my posting towards Jay so if your down this way first rounds on me,. once again just had a similar situation happen and between that and bagging sand bags all weekend i was in a sh!tty mood so once again please excuse my ignorance and stupidity today matthew |
I know Jay is one of the good ones. I also think it takes a big man to apologize on such a public forum. Way to go Matthew!

Well done 61, I'm glad to hear the issue has been resolved on both sides. I had a feeling there was more to the story due mostly to the 2 year time line.
