Louver template and dimentions
Does anyone have a template to position the cutouts for the side vents? I need to do the cutouts for the louvers and would like to get the size and position. I will be fabing up my own louvers so I can make them fit if I have to.

Try the ERA manual (http://www.erareplicas.com/freeman/427.pdf). I'm pretty sure it has the dimensional data for the cutouts DonC |
Nope. All our kits with the louvers have the hole cut out and the louvers installed at the factory. The hole location is scribed into our mold so I have no information on a "retrofit".

There's a diagram somewhere on this site with the layout for the louver cutout. It has dimensions, radius etc. I believe it's in someone's gallery. Try a search. If I run across it, I'll let you know.

I really don't think the exact placement is critical. Nobody will notice if it's off a little one way or the other.
