And FFR already corrected the meta tag issue, so there would be no legal action expected to be re-filed on that issue.
Hopefully ffcobra will get past this soon too. I have my fingers crossed. Quote:

For those receiving FFR e-mail updates, the notice that FFR sent out tonight @ 9:16 PM EST, copy of their text:
"In December of 2008, Carroll Shelby filed a lawsuit against Factory Five Racing over the shape of our Type 65 Coupe. It was a strange lawsuit from the beginning as we had a previous agreement whereby Shelby surrendered any claims to the shapes of our kits, specifically, but not limited, to the Roadster and Coupe. Maybe it was the World Record we set at Bonneville in 2008 that set him off. In any event, on February 16, 2010, Federal Court Judge Patti B. Saris dismissed all of Shelby's claims against Factory Five. Shelby's trade dress claims were dismissed "with prejudice". This means he cannot sue again for this matter. Click here to read the full details on our website and for a copy of the official court ruling. " http://www.factoryfive.com/whatsnew/.../decision.html |
Justice was served. It just took out much money that otherwise could have been spent inside the hobby on better things.
FFR has done more for the Cobra then any other manufacturer. KUDOS! MM |
