Use Sacrificial Anode in Alum. Engines ?

With a all aluminum engine, should we use a sacrificial anode like boat engine & drive assembly, because of the different metals used ?

Engine alum is harder than standard alum also if you use coolant that is designed for alum engines only it will kill the corrision potential. They sell anti corrision liquid for your motor any good auto store should have it on the shelf. I would think that a copper core radiator with cast iron engine parts would cause corrision with wrong antifreeze in systm. Good Luck Larry Spillman

I've have seen anode hanging by a wire, going down into the radiator but, I did not find the owner of the car to ask about it. I'm sure that's what it was for.
