This is an excellent tutorial for photographing cars (or for that matter, any large inanimate object).

One of the things he alludes to but does not say:

If at the end of your photo shoot you do not have to put away a ladder, you didn't do it right (unless you had easy access to higher terrain).

If at the end of the photo shoot the knees and seat of your jeans are not filthy from sitting and kneeling in the dirt, you didn't do it right.
The photos are always better if there is a woman in a bikini in proximity to the car.

The word "gorgeous" belongs just before "woman" for maximum effect.

Alternatively, "...a woman you'd WANT to see in a bikini in proximity to the car."
