I had a great time with the Porsche Club of America's autocross in Santa Barbara, CA over the weekend. A bucket list must for all cobra owners. Even though I spun out in one of my runs, I posted one of the top times of the day. Enjoy...... Watch Video

Looks like you only took out ONE cone with that spin?? Dang, you done good in that regard. What tires are you running, by the way?

I can't seem to get the video rolling. Bummer.

I was using Avon CR6ZZ Rated V with 28psi rear and 30 front.

That was excellent driving and spin control, at least from my uninformed perspective.

Eh eh, yeah that was cool just staying in the gas and bringing it around. I thought you might be running the Avons, Kirkhams highly recommend them. I'm going with slicks for an even higher speed spin out. DOH!!! :)

Where was the Auto-X? I was trying to think of a parking lot big enough in SB besides the UC campus and the city college campus. Looked fun.

Porsche Club of America puts on a Autoross every year at the Earl Warren Fair Grounds. The next event is at the Camarillo Airport April 18th.
