Laguna Hills, CA DMV still issuing SB100 as of today...
Just went there today and was able to start the registration process on SPO2820. They had to call Sacramento to get the Sequence Number and issued me a Temp Op Permit good until 5/31. They wrote down the sequence number on the Permit and said the Certificate of Sequence would be mailed to me by DMV HQ in a week to 10 days. Guess I better get moving on finishing the drive train install and getting the BAR smoker test and Chipper inspection done. Oh yea, the Brake and Light inspection too....

The sequence number is 20510307. No way this could be 307 of 500 that will be issued??

got mine this rear its 20100056. so year ans then sequence #
