What have I bought ?

I have bought a replica of an AC Cobra which is built with the use of a 454 Corvette ’73 and a fiberglass body. Everything about the car itself is great!

However,
here in Norway where I live the government have stringent requirements when it comes to documentation of any changes/re-building/ remodeling of cars.
With referring to the official section: “provide documentation from the manufacturer or any qualified independent laboratory that the utilized parts are suitable and that the vehicle after remodeling/ reconstruction does have satisfactory handling/ road ability and will stand/ put up with the strain/ stress which is foreseeable.”

Even if this Cobra-replica has been registered and road-legal in the US, I will have to secure documentation of the remodeling/ rebuild before I am allowed to register and drive the car here in Norway.

So far I have not been able to localize the manufacturer, therefore I am welcoming all input about who might be the manufacturer of a fiberglass body that fits straight onto a Corvette frame/ chassis from 1973 (C3).
- the body (and the vehicle) looks very professionally built

I am familiar with the Corbrette, but the measures of my Cobra does not ad up to their body. The length is equal, but mine is not that wide as a Corbrette.

Any ideas of what I have bought ?

AND, the vehicle was registered in Florida before it was exported to Norway, and before that it came from Washington State (according to the ‘Title’).
- Identification number: 1Z37Z38423377
- It has only covered 4 200 miles
- It has NOS installed

Best Regards

Are,

If you post some pictures of the car (or a link to some pictures), someone here might be able to identify it for you.

I believe Elegant Motors in Indiana used a full C-3 chassis.
