17" wheels and tires
Guys
I am looking for a set of 17" fully polished wheels complete with rubber or not with rubber for an spf cobra I would also be interested in just the rubber if someone has that for sale , idealy 335/17 rear and 275/17 front Or can anyone reccomend the best place to buy the wheels and tires Thanks |
I have the PSE fully polished wheels 11.5" rear and 9.5" front. Running 335/35 17 rear and 275/40 17 front Michelin Pilots. Can't say both are the best, but I am very happy with them. The 335's are no longer available in the Pilots, just the PS 2. Tire Rack is a good place to get the tires.

Hey scott
Can you give me any details on how you car ws lowered , are you still using the stock suspension or was it modified and if it was how was it modified and by who Car looks sinister Rob |
Thanks!
In the first pictures the car was lowered way to much. That's when I bought it. Later I took it to Custom alignment and had different spring put in, ride height and corner weighted. After all that was done, I had to go to a lower profile rear tire, so the car could be lowered a bit more but I have never done it. Other then the springs being changed, the suspension is stock. No problems at all with 17" wheels. I have polished 17"s from PSE. Phil does fantastic work and has wonderful customer service. I would buy from him again and recommend him often to others.

The Eagles are a bit noisy (not that you will hear it over the roar of your Cobra) but overall are a quality selection.
