Good brand alternator 7078 3 wire
What brands of alternators have you had good luck with? I need a Ford 3 wire, and would like at least 65 amps. I just got an Excel, which has a good name and after installation, I found it to be DOA. The external regulator was also replaced with a $50 Napa replacement, I'm hoping it is good.

Charging problem resolved. A few loose connections. Found Powermaster 7078 Alternator to be very nice quality.
