Master cylinder rebuid question

My E.M. has Tilton master cylinders and one is in need of a rebuild. Summit is delivering the rebuild kit today. The instructions call for using "rubber grease" on the cups before installing them. No one locally has even herd of the stuff.
I asked at a local brake shop and they use silicone grease. I do know not to use petroleum based grease.
Should I just wet the cups with brake fluid (not very slippery) or will the silicone grease be OK?

I used di-electric silicone grease.

Raybestos BAF-12 hyd brake assembly fluid. Think I got it at NAPA.

Silicone grease will work on any outside components like the dust boot, just coat the inner surfaces of the bore and the cup itself with brake fluid if the correct grease or assembly lube is not available.

Thanks for the tips. The job is done. I just used brake fluid to get everthing wet. I thought I was going to have trouble getting the cups in to the cylinder. They were a much looser fit that I expected.
