Wiring turn signal indicators

My wiring did not come with detailed instructions on what to do with the turn signal and high beam indicator wires. I am going to assume that i should splice the turn signal wires into the turn signal wires that go to the steering column and splice the high beam indicator wire into the high beam lamp wire?
Is that correct or am i totally off base.
Thanks

Thanks, this was actually for a different car. Simple splice in and everything works great.
