Thanks for posting. Lew Spencer lives here in the DFW market, has been to one of our events and has some interesting stories about this race. The article is right...that was the"Golden Age of Sports Car Racing!"

That was a great article, thanks. The perfect year for my favorite, the Chapparal. I was at Sebring in '67 when Jim Hall brought the one with the huge movable wing. Too bad car broke before the end. It was great to watch it come into a corner and the sheet of plywood jump up. Jim Hall was an innovator for sure.
