Calilfornia Insurance
Is there anyone out there in Northern CA that can recommend an insurance agent. You wouldn't believe the run around I'm getting from State Farm. I think it is the agent, but I can't tell if State Farm is interested or not.
Thanks,
Brian

Must be the agent. State Farm has insured both of my replicas.

Check with the Hartford. I have all my cars, RV and house with them. My Cobra is insured at about $500. a year, no mileage requirement, same coverage as my other cars and a $45'000. Agreed Value, I do live in AZ.

I have mine through AAA, same coverage as my other vehicles and no mileage restrictions; $325.00 per year. Interestingly enough, AAAs Collector Car division declined coverage claiming the car is an "Exotic". Whatever!

The best advice I received was from my own State Farm agent whom I have been using all of my life with auto, life and home insurance. He suggested Hagerty - I am paying the same with Hagerty however they have a no BS $60k policy. If the car is totaled, I get $60k, as opposed to getting what State Farm thinks it is valued at. To me that means a lot and in todays market place that can mean a great deal of $.

Mine is insured through State Farm with no problems at all. Must be your agent. What part of Nor-Cal are you?
FYI, I have all my insurance through State Farm. If it was only the Cobra I do not know if It would be any different. Also I have been with them for about 30 years.
They would not insure it in pieces because as they told me "We do not insure car parts". So I was with Tom at Northwest until it was assembled.
