Mixing Fuel

What fuel mix additives are the best out there to get 110 octane? Is there anywhere in East Bay/San Jose are that sells premixed fuel?

Thanks,

There are many great articles on mixing fuel on the web. Here is just one.

If you have an industrial paint supplier in your town and they will sell to you you can do it at a great price.

Good luck with your controlled explosions.

I wouldn't recommend the transmission oil for lubricant in gasoline. It is a great way to foul your valves. The pictures with gummed up valves were propably made by buring lube oil.

Trying to get from 91/93 to 110 with over the counter additives from Ace Hardware is difficult and expensive. You're better off going down to your local speed shop and buying what you need.
