Sheepskin-lined gauntlet driving gloves
Anyone have a suggestion on a place to get vintage style sheepskin-lined leather gauntlet driving gloves?
I'd prefer something that looked more like old-school motoring gloves than motorcycle gloves.

Try Holden... very easy USA transactions and great customer service.

I have purchased gloves from Holden before. Beautiful gloves.
But watch sizing, their British sizes run big. If you know your size, step it down a half size.

No...
Driving gloves are for old men in MG TDs. Nor may you have a tweed British driving cap.

Hey Doug it was 28 when we set off this morning. One of us was smart enough to have put a heater and soft top on the car.

Heaters are for pu$$ies. :D;) My wife is giving me a sheepskin lined RAF leather flight helmet for Xmas and I want the gloves to go with it. Old school. (It was 35 here).

I was out in her today. The thermometer said it was 65 degrees, but I swear it felt like 45, even with the heater on. She goes in the bag very soon.

Exactly the look I'm going for, minus the tweed cap. There was an elderly British chap at cars and coffee this AM driving a right hand drive 1932 Riley race car. He had the perfect set of gloves. I should have asked him, although he's probably had them since 1950.

No heaters. Just warm clothes. It gets a bit colder here than out in the land of sun and surf.;)

... and what I really don't like is that, as we approach the winter solstice, the sun is so low in the sky that, not only does it not warm you up, but the shadows and glares dance along the road and shimmer off the car's paint in such a way that it tends to distract you, and others, and take away from the overall enjoyment of the drive.

Me, Bodhi, Roach and Grommet are catching some waves this afternoon, but I won't be bringing the aluminum car to the beach because of the salty air. :p
