Gas Pedal
Currently I have a lokar 6102 pedal with a side mount. I have absolutely no leg room. What is the best option for a pedal to maximise leg room? Thanks in advance

BTW it is a 66 with an Everett Morrison body

I'm not familiar with EM cars but I know the FFR guys often bend the brake and clutch pedals for more space. For us Hurricane guys, we have a set of plans to build an original style pedal that fits our cars.( thank you Paul!)
So that might be a couple ideas. Larry |
Actually mine is an automatic and I'm fine with the brake pedal its the gas pedal that I need. Any idea on a gas pedal would be appreciated.

I have worked on a few EMs. I think their footbox is smaller (width) than other Cobras.
How much room is there between your trannie and tunnel? Can you cut some of the tunnel away and replace it with aluminum or fiberglass to give you more room for the gas pedal. I reworked my footbox on the passenger side to give me more room for the trannie / starter. Easy to do. Ten dollar fiberglass kit, duct tape, a little plastic (my case a jug) and your in business.
