SoCal New Year's Day Run in the OC...

Saturday, January 1, 2011 The 8th Annual "Tour d’ Orange". Meet at the corner of Fisher and Redhill in Costa Mesa. Arrive by 8:30 AM, Maps at 8:45 AM, Depart at 9:00 AM. Route takes approximately 2 hours and terminates at In N Out Burger at "The District" in Tustin. Free. All cars welcome. Should be fun.

I'm planning on hitting Cars and Coffee first in Irvine before heading over there as my understanding is that the Cars and Coffee event is going to be held on New Year’s Day as well.

I'm gonna try and make it. It depends on whether or not I have my son.
What's it like? How many cars? Any regulars from the Cobra scene?

This is my first year going, though I've heard about in prior years. In fact I received a flyer about the run when I was at Cars and Coffee a couple of weeks ago. My understanding is that they get quite a wide variety of cars that participate in it. Should be fun and the price ($0) is right.

If you really want a morning wake up, come cruise with the Capital Area Cobra Club in DC on New Year's Day!
