The fact that the book sells for so little only argues that "simple courtesy" would dictate that the publisher (not the author) give contributors a courtesy copy. They are essentially saying "Even though this rag only sells for a few quid, we're still not giving you one -- but thanks for the free use of your pics, we really appreciate it." Am I wrong? |
