BIG blocks in a Contemporary Cobra
Does anyone have any experience with using the 460 block in a Contemporary Cobra??? Any mods needed to the firewall or footbox??
I'm just thinking....:eek::eek::eek: http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r...52/boss500.jpg thanks for any help. David A. |
A 460 is a straight bolt in for the Contemporary, a BOSS 429 (as shown in your picture above) would require hand fabricated motor mounts and exhaust at the very least.

I built mine originally with an ls-6 454 chevy and repowered with a 502. Everything slipped right in with no modifications required to contempory kit package. Bruce m
