Who else scores 100?
While standing thinking and idly looking at my Cobra, as we do from time to time, it suddenly struck me that this year the combined ages of my great old Arntz and myself would total 100 years. Yikes!
I'll be 68 in September and the Arntz was built and first registered in 1979 making her 32 this year.
I wonder how many other car/owner combinations have reached a century? I'm referring specifically to Cobras here naturally, not 60s muscle cars or early veteran vehicles. And of course I'm not interested in any of the "plated as a blah blah whatever" nonsense. Simply calculate your Cobra's age using the year it was first registered.
I'm still on 99 until September but are there any centurions out there already?

Way off with the cobra....me-42 years cobra-21 years=63 years, although I am close with my F100 me-42 years truck-52 years=94 years.

I'm one of the babies of the group. The cobra was first registered in 2009 and I'm 41. So 43!

Carroll Shelby, born 1923 = 88
CSX2000, built 1962 = 49
I think the old man wins... 88 + 49 = 137!!!
I'm a few generations away from that, with 38 + 9 = 47

I came up with 139, but I had to add my wifes age and the dogs too. :rolleyes:
