Ultimate Cobra Show?
Guys, if I'm going to go to a really major Cobra show & swap this summer to display my products, which one is the best to attend?
Thanks, -Eric |
The London Cobra Show in London, Ohio. It even has its own section here on the forums.

Rare Iron,
Absolutely the "london Cobra show!" Take a look at the numbers, people and the cars, the events and the most important the reason behind it! Fabulous history here regarding the Cobra "Family" helping the Cobra Family. I know of no other singular Cobra even where the spectators out number the participants at least 10 to 1 ! Are there any other towns that panders to "Hot Rods -(Cobras)" like Columbus, London, and dozens of surrounding sub-burbs of central Ohio/Mid-West do for The Cobra-family? Three days of non-stop Cobra events. Look at al the sponsors that show up, SPF, ERA, FFR, Serpent Trailers, & on & on. I couldn't possibly list them all anymore. Ya, I know a little about the Cobra event, names change, events change, attendees change, but the Cobra event IS the event for our Cobra Family! It's all good! DV |

There's also the Shelby American Automobile Club's 36th annual convention (SAAC-36) at Virginia International Raceway on Memorial Day weekend, May 27-29, 2011.

I haven't had the pleasure of attending a SAAC Convention yet, but I think they usually draw a couple hundred cars: original Cobras, replicas, Shelby Mustangs and more. I'm sure many on this forum have been there and can fill you in better than me.
(I'm gonna have to get to one of these things myself, too. And I should probably also try to get to the London Cobra Show as well.) |
Rare Iron,
You're +/- 3 1/2 hrs from your place to London! :) DV PS. Been to the Dream Cruise multiple times! |
