Does anyone have a Holley 3255-1 for sale?

Sorry if this is in the wrong area.

We are looking for a Holley 3255-1 carb for our 67 427 Cobra. If anyone knows where I could get one that would be great.

I have a brand new 3255-1 with C5AF-9510-BV

I have considered selling it before but didn't want such a race piece wasted on something undeserving.

Tell me about what you plan using one on

Jerry

My company is restoring the last Shelby American Cobra built (CSX3360). The original carburetor is a little messed up so we are looking for a new one. We have bought another Cobra that has a good carburetor on it so we may use that one but it will need to be replaced at some time.

I will in a few days get some photos of my carb--away from home/camera for the week!!
It is brand new but the box has been gone for awhile(think I used it to ship another carb in)

Thanks for the link, I had not seen that article. You can see my ghost image in one of the pictures!

If you are talking about the quote about him doing 170 mph, that may or may not have come from this forum. After reading the thread about CSX3360 I emailed every Erland Russell I could find and was able to track him down! He and Bruce had a long conversation about the car. He will be at Amelia Island on March 12th.

I'm sorry, I thought you were going to post pictures of it. I will need to talk to Bruce to see if he is still interested.
