Cobra Make, Engine: DB427, 427 SO

The problem I may have is that the VIN Plate on the car states the manufacturers ID, which is NAF................
The Title & Reg doc state the issued VIN from DMW which is AZ............
So when the car comes in through customs the "VINs" wont match
Any thoughts / ideas on the subject?
