hey tony, hows things?
yes cobra still for sale. i haven't been trying too hard. if i really have to, i guess i could keep the cobra and take it out when i want to go slow.
the new race project is a 1973 camaro with a 608 inch 5 stage dry sump motor , a quick change rear end and 300 ft. of roll cage. BONNEVILLE is the next frontier. I AM GOING TO GET MY 200 MPH CLUB MEMBERSHIP! need to break record of 252 mph in my class. cobras just aren't fast enough for me anymore.:JEKYLHYDE

I always thought it was "longhaired leaping gnome". Whadda I know, except, like Jeff, I know that I wanna go fast, so I rely on Chevy power.

Saw your post yesterday and I thought, this guy's so happy to be there, he's going to show some real will-power so he can sit on 427 for a while, and NOW YOU'VE LEFT THE BUILDING!!! And you've got a hankering for Chevy power too!
Cheers,
Glen

10-4 on the chevy power. it's funny, at bonneville , you have to go though license passes. 135 mph, then 150 mph, 175 mph, 200 mph and over 200 mph. today i took the cobra for a little spin and unofficially got my 135 mph and almost had my 150 mph but my exit was up ahead:eek::eek::eek::eek::JEKYLHYDE. when i really want to feel power, i settle into one of my CHEVROLETS. cobra gets a little funny at 160 mph.
