Any opinions on how Shell Valley sidepipes sound?

Thanks, Little Wave..

I got'em on mine and I like the sound. They set off all the car alarms on every car I drive by so I know they're working.

I bought Shell Valley side pipes for my car(not finished or engine fired up yet) they are 2" ID. My motor is a 351w with about 370 hp. my ? is are 2" enough or should I look into 2.5?

Thanks, Little Wave...

They sound like this:

VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM M.

If its the same ones Hurricane was using back in 08 and 09, I have them on my 427 FE car and they sound awesome. But beware, the welds inside that hold the baffles in have been known to come loose and then they rattle. Don't know if anyone at SV has acknowledged that but I'd be sure and ask that they be double-checked prior to final assembly to be sure the internals are not just tacked by welded adequately.

And if they are slip fits, you really need to look at flanging them instead.

Thanks elmariachi. But are they 2 or 2.5 id?
