Request about offset bushings and bump steer kit
Hi guys,
I would like to know what's the procedure to install offset bushing and a bump steer kit on a stock manual mustang rack and pinion. What are the best products. My steering is too shaky on rough surface even after alignment. I feel the imperfection of the road too much and I would like to improve that so I would like to know if somebody could give me a little course on how to install those two,pictures of the installation would be awesome too since I understand better when I see things. What are the steps in doing so,thanks a lot for your effort,I appreciate any help,cheers ! Michel |
A "bump steer kit" must be specific to your kit and suspension setup. They are not interchangeable.

I know nothing about suspension set up,I thought any kit would do,thanks for that one,cheers !

I told him already,by the way,my tire pressure was extremely high,might make a difference,I will lower it where it should be and see,but this is when I get my car back late summer unfortunatly,thanks

Yes, it does. Between that article and the one from Longacre, you should be able to get the job. Both are very good, and very technical. And, you don't need to spend big bux on equipment, either.
