say goodbye

well fellas, it's been 3 weeks and i guess i should tell you now.
CSX WNAB has been sold. i do miss her, but i am assured that she is in good hands and will be well cared for. she is no longer CSX WNAB for i kept her name for possibly my next one. but on to bigger and better things. my landspeed camaro project is coming along nicely thanks to some extra fundage. anyway if you guys are interested check out www.landracing .com and go to build diaries and look for 1973 camaro AA/CGC. thats my build there. i'll be stopping by from time to time, so you have n't rid of me totally. besides, i might build me my kirkham someday. and then again.......................been there done that. i think i see a ferrari 360 F-1 in the works. but thats later. first right now it's all about BONNEVILLE. and the quest for the 200 MPH CLUB. cobra was just not quite up to the task of tackling the flats. so till i see you on the salt..................
go fast and be safe.

thats what they say on the salt.

matter of fact robert, the guy i'm pushing is bill reilly, he's from your area.

Tom Howland 08-01-2011 09:09 PM

What’s the number on the car you are pushing? I’d like to stop by and visit. We are running a V4/VOT #477 and a XF/MP #437. First year with the truck but the motor got us 2 records in the sprint car so we have high hopes.

csx wnab 08-01-2011 09:51 PM
