Hallett Test N Tune Invitational Aug 6 & 7 NOTE:
For any of those I haven't contacted via email please make a note of these times and instructions:
Saturday Drivers Meeting begins at 7:30 am - Track goes live at 8:00 am until 4:00 PM with an hour break for lunch Saturday Hallett Road Course will be driven COUNTER CLOCKWISE (normal) DRIVERS BANDS WILL BE REQUIRED TO DRIVE ON THE TRACK AND YOU MUST ATTEND OUR DRIVERS MEETING EACH DAY TO RECEIVE YOUR WRIST BAND. SORRY BUT THESE ARE TRACK RULES!!! Sunday Drivers Meeting begins at 7:30 am - Track goes live at 8:00 am until 4:00 PM with an hour break for lunch Sunday Hallett Road Course will be driven CLOCKWISE (way different track) Lunch will be available in the first floor of the tower Transponders can be rented for $25 for the weekend if you want to track your times. If you haven't already paid for your T-Shirt(s) please bring your money ($5 ea for participants and $9 ea for non-participants while available). Canopy's are available on a first come first served basis and are free. RV hook ups are available for anyone needing those services. I am looking forward to seeing all of you and have some fun. It will be hot so if you have a fan you may want to bring it. Electricity will be available in the shelters. Clois Harlan |
Clois, we were still planning on coming down to watch. Have there been any cancellations due to the heat forcasted? I would think it will become a concern.
