I got a tour of the Gardena facility two years ago. The highlight of course was seeing Carroll's car collection, but there was also a tour of the engine building facility. The huge CNC milling machine turned out an aluminum 427 block while I watched.

Will the manufacturing facility remain in Gardena or move to northern CA?

There was no mention of it moving. The big push is to increase inventory and availability of engines. I guess demand is outstripping supply right now. I can see why, they're awesome pieces of engineering with performance to boot.

Demand > Supply is a wonderful business model!!!! I hope they make a go of it. I agree - they are awesome engines. The one that was on the dyno when I was there sounded and looked awesome!
