ISIS Group Buy!
I just confirmed with Jay Harris (President of ISIS) that he is willing to open up a group buy for us. I'm coordinating offer this through a few relevant forums along with one other guy at Pro-touring.com. I am unable to post any of the offer details as Jay advised that I cannot if the discount is to remain in force (nor can any of you once you have been notified). The only way I am able to give out info is if I receive a email outside of this forum. If you are interested, please contact me at snakeoiler22@gmail.com for the specifics. There must be at least 15 new buyers and if that is met than existing customers will be able to purchase accessory items at a discount. This needs to be done prior Oct 24th. Once we have enough interest, each participant will make their purchase directly with ISIS so no one has to worry about how the buy will be processed.
Please spread the word so we can everyone who might be interested. Ralph |

"Isis is a goddess in Ancient Egyptian religious beliefs, whose worship spread throughout the Greco-Roman world. She was worshipped as the ideal mother and wife as well as the matron of nature and magic. She was the friend of slaves, sinners, artisans, and the downtrodden, and she listened to the prayers of the wealthy, maidens, aristocrats, and rulers.[1] Isis is the goddess of motherhood, magic and fertility.
Isis was instrumental in the resurrection of Osiris when he was murdered by Set. Her magical skills restored his body to life after she gathered the body parts that had been strewn about the earth by Set.[2] This myth became very important in later Egyptian religious beliefs." Wikipedia |
Yes, but No.....
ISIS Power is a wiring system. It's a computer with modular inputs and outputs. The inputs wire to your dash switches. The beauty is that there is the low voltage on the inputs. 5 volts on the input to ground enables the corresponding output (ex. Lights). The dash can be wired with small wiring and ther is no danger of short circuit fire under your dash. Alarm system is integrated so it saves battery power.
The outputs wire directly to the lights, ignition, radio power, anything that will draw less than 10 Amps or so. Anything else higher amp draw you connect to a relay and fuse externally. Why would you use such a system? 1. modular, reduces wiring, some... uncomplicates wires under the dash. 2. computer control contains functions like flashers, turn signal, Push to start ignition switch, integrated brake/turn signal, etc. If you need a custom function you can call and get them to program it into your system. 3. Ouput wiring is simple and direct to the device. Headlights, turn signal, Brake lights, 4. integrated alarm/locks/anti-theft system. 5. Control items like interior lights, trunk lights, Headlights, door/trunk popers from Key FOB. or your smartphone or iPad computer 6. The dash controls can be on a touch screen interface on the dash with no wiring at all. |
I'm in - being the 24th - just in - I hope?
Looks like the ducks nuts and the perfect fix for my sparks on the new build. |
