427fe in backdraft
Hi
I'm a new backdraft owner installing a 427fe engine. My question is, which mounting hole in the backdraft chassis is for the motor mounting ? Is it the front , middle or rear ?

Who's your dealer? They should be able to help you out on this. It's going to come down to a number of things depending on what you were supplied and what you are installing around the FE...

The dealer is GCP PERFORMANCE CARS in Ohio. The car came with the FE headers and motor mounts. Bill the dealer said to use the middle mounting slot in the chassis, I did some quick measurements and it puts the front damper single groove pulley really close to the front cross member. I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with this mounting configuration.
