Beclawat windshield badge
Hi all. Does anyone have a pic or can tell me where the Beclawat windshield badge is located on the Cobra 427 street roadster's windshield frame?
Thanks

Right in the center at the top.

Your frame should have two holes in upper center of the frame I believe the holes should be tapped for 2 mm screws at least the originals are, you might be able to use screws from an eye glass repair kit, you can go to a hardware store they will probably have what you need. Some of the repros use drive rivets that look like screws.

....what does "BECLAWAT" mean. I just searched and found that it's a badge that says "BECLAWAT" and it goes on the windscreen of a Cobra, but why?
Cheers,
Glen

For the same reason you see Ray Ban on sunglasses or Samsung on TVs -- they make them! They've been making marine and railroad windows for years, and obviously the odd Cobra windscreen. Just google the word and all will be revealed.
