Info about this was posted in the Ford GT forum and Shelby (his real name), one of the highest volume Ford GT and other exotic dealers, has asked to post info everywhere. She seems to focus on high end cars, and it seems inevitable that she will eventually find her way into the higher end Shelby and Mustangs (e.g., KR, GT350, Cobra). She is claiming to be doing business out of the Chicago area.

She is making forum rounds and has already been evicted from the Ford GT forum and SAAC forum.

She is apparently very slick. At least one very knowledgeable dealer was sucked into her web so be very careful.

If anyone has been contacted by her, and wants to help put an end to it, go to the Ford GT forum and contact Shelby or give me your contact info and I will pass it on. With the right location (Illinois, apparently) some enforcement by local law enforcement might be possible.
