Hello,
I am looking for a recommendation of a manufacturer in the USA who could export to the UAE.
Also looking for any advice, looking to drive it on the road only, thinking of hard top due to climate here as think a soft top would be too hot. Power assisted steering, Air Con, engine & transmission what would be best.
trying to do complet car between $20K & $22K.
Any advice will be really appreciated.

Possibly a KIA but I don't know if they come in kit form,

Please don't take this the wrong way... my advice is to multiply your budget by 3 times to meet your wishlist.
