I can attest that CSX 3050 which is an S/C came with a tool kit and a full soft top setup. Both are still in the trunk and all but unused. :)

All S/C's came with the standard soft-top.

I assume that the S/C had the FIA suit case bump behind the seats (as opposed to the FIA suit case bump to the trunk to the small block cars). Could that be a difference to the 427 street cars?

Rear bulkhead on Street cars was flat and had pouch across it's width for stowing the side curtains, etc.
