Well it was great while it lasted - Garage eye candy you would like to share?
Came home from the Ford/Shelby Nationals to see that my BFG Cobra banner had completely given up the ghost. Took up a lot of real estate in my GarageMahal and really sorry to see it go. I have had it over 10 years and it served me well. I originally thought the small tears were my fault from hanging it too tight and not allowing for the expansion contraction from changing temps in my garage. When I took it down and let it hit the floor it literally shattered into hundreds of tiny pieces. Guess the material just got super brittle with age.
Good thing I bought some more Cobra paraphernalia at the show to help fill the space. :rolleyes: Strange coincidence to me that it lasted until just a few weeks after the car's creator. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d.../BFG_Small.jpg Anyone else got a favorite bit of garage decoration they are fond of? My BFG Cobra banner did the exact same thing this year. However, the Shelby Mustang version from the same time period hanging next to it is fine. The Cobra banner must be made out of bio-degradeable materials.
