Brake Master Cylinders

Hello All,

Wanted to find out from those that have 1.75 (4 piston) calipers in the front what master cylinder are you running. Also additionally, what brake pedal ratio.

I am looking from those that have good stopping experience.

I`m looking to decide weather I should do a 5/8 MC or 3/4 with a 6.25 :1 pedal. I know the 5/8 will deliver more pressure but with more travel.

My rear is (4 piston 1.38) - 7/8 MC
Just wanted to get some feed back.

Thanks

I just put your numbers in an Excel brake calculator I put together and use a lot. The .750" MC on the front gives 68% braking on the front. I would say that is pretty close to spot on for a F/R balance. The .625" MC makes it 76% on the front, I think too much. I can send it to you if you give me an e-mail.
