Have not finished building mine and she has already said she will never ride in it.

She has a disdain for all convertibles, not just Cobras. It is a safety issue for her.

My wife uses a baseball hat. She's tried just putting in a pony tail but the top ends up messy anyways. Baseball hat has proved to be the best solution.

How to prevent Cobra Hair
 
My wife went to the local Harley dealer and bought a leather pony tail holder. They come in many different length, colors and designs. Her and my daughter both have them now and they work very well.
