Daniel Stern Lighting???
Has anybody ever had any dealings with this fellow? I was in communication with him about some headlamp bulbs, everything was moving along nicely so I placed an order with him and then.... POOF. No more e-mail, voice mail picks up but no reply to messages. I don't know if he's off on a bender or touring South America with my credit card. ;)
It's only been a week so I'm not panicked yet but just a bit disappointed if this is the way the business is handled. Anybody care to comment? Frank |
I've had the same problem. Sometimes no response for months at a time.
