Koni Coilovers

I have a late 60's series 1 jaguar rear suspension with new ieback springs on older 3 stage Koni Coilovers. The car height is good, but I would like to soften the ride on rough pavements (lots of these in northern ohio). I will attach a couple of pictures, hope someone can enlighten me on how to adjust this setup if it is adjustable.
