The car is fitted with an aluminium tonneau cover similar to that fitted to the D-type Jaguars, which I believe was originally fitted for the Angolan Grand Prix in period.

Goodwood 2012 was fantastic - what other car event has Spitfires, lancasters, thunderbolts and mustangs flying overhead between races.

Great event. ****e box office attitude.
A great event - we really enjoyed it.
However, my mum/mom fell out with their box office before Christmas: they refused to send her out tickets (i.e. my christmas present) unless she gave them another £12 for a christmas presentation pack. Petty or what? .... so I'll get them sometime in the new year, when the box office deams they can no longer extract extra cash. I really think this like trying to strangle the goose that lays the golden eggs. |
I remember having some great photos I took on the Saturday with my big digital camera with a big zoom..... Until some low life flogged it from under my nose at the Goodwood shop!!!
