Cobra 50th Anniversary Book. Trevor Legate. Only 289 being printed!
Whilst at the Goodwood Revival last year I heard about a book commisioned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Cobra, and it`s now in print, titled "Cobra, the Story of an Icon"

The second half of the book covers the unique European Cobra gathering held in Germany , June 22-24 2012 with 30 original Cobras and a Daytona Coupe and tells the history of every Cobra that attended, along with famous race drivers from that period like Jack Sears and Jochen Mass. 289 numbered copies are available and there will be only 25 handmade, signed collectors editions (price 250 € + postage)! Sorry to disappoint you, but apparently all of the €250 Handmade copies have sold, so only the €129 version is available(for now!) :eek:

Hmm, Chrome stopped me from viewing this page on clubcobra, but Firefox let me here, but Firefox warned me not to go when I clicked on the Collectors Car Link.
I had contacted the guy at that link last year when we first discussing the book. Supposedly he put me on a waiting list. I don't want to mess up my computer if I go to the Collectors Car website. |
Aaaah. Yes, I see the problem in Chrome. Internet Explorer doesn`t seem to mind though!
