Sounds like you're after a Coyote with a ton of foot room. That's a challenge no matter what. There are a number of tricks to buy you pedal spacing and a pretty dramatic alteration to the drive by wire accelerator pedal that must be used with the Coyote engine controls kit. While I don't have any graphics to share I can tell you that all Backdrafts are produced to accept the Coyote and that our passenger side foot box received the modification to fit the motor as opposed to altering the driver side. So you can sit in a BDR with any engine and a build number above 900 to get a feel. We can also "adjust" the clutch and brake pedals left to right. |
