mustang II front end spec.
How about a good set of caster-camber-tow in specs for an a arm mustang II setup for street use? thanks:JEKYLHYDE

This is the spec from the Classic Roadster manual. Not sure if it will apply to you but the CR uses the MII suspension up front.
This is how it reads out of the manual. Caster - 3.75° +/- .5° Camber - 3/8° +/- 1/8° Toe-in .03 - .06 Now I am not sure if the - after the caster and camber means minus or if it is just to break up the space but the manual did not use the - after the word Toe-in. |
Right out of the 1975-76 Ford shop manual for Mustang II:
Caster: +7/8 deg (Nomimal) +1/8 deg (Min) +1-5/8 deg (Max) Camber: +1/2 deg (Nom) -1/4 deg (Min) +1-1/4 Deg (Max) Toe-inches: 1/8" (Nom) 0" (Min) 1/4" (Max) |
factory specs are kind of out the window with the addition of wider tires.
at least on my car they were..... i think the tires on them were F78-14.... |
That was the question, what specs are working will on the street. thanks terry
