Anyone that really knows cobras will know an original from a replica.
Do a search on this forum.
There's always someone trying to claim their replica as an original 60's when it is not.
It will get picked apart here.

Or is it in the hopes if he titled as a 67and then sold it to another person outside CA they could avoid emissions testing based on the title reading 1967.

I didn't take it like his intent was to try and pass it off as an original.

If you notice, I did not either. I just wrote a statement. I did not accuse the Op of anything.

I actually think the op is trying to get around the smog issue. That is what the SB100 is for.

I sent the OP a PM with my contact information and said that I could help with some information on the SB100 process. If the OP does not want to take me up on it, fine, no sweat. Just trying to help out another possible Cobra replica owner. I thought that is why we have forums like this.
