That car sold for around $1 million even about 2 years ago. (3020 was sold at the same auction for about $1.0 mil as well) Pretty nice ROE for the owner.

Don't think reserve was met when other Payne car sold.
Not sure about TX bound. I know another #13 car would love it to be a match set.
