Are stock cam specs a myth or do they really exist?
 
**)I have been spinning in circles for a month trying to find out the answer to this cam spec question. Ready?, My 1995 5.0 HO. has been turned into carburetor system, has original block, Heads, Cam, Rockers, all stock. Is there someone on this earth that can tell me or show me the CAM Card specs I should use to have this run halfway decent. please help!

88 1/2-95 HO specs:
276/266 at .006
206/210 at .050
Lift with 1.6 ratio rockers .445/.444
Intake opens: 20* BTDC
Intake closes: 76* ABDC
Exhaust opens: 67* BBDC
Exhaust closes:-19
Lobe separation angle: 115.5

This is by far the most compiled information that I have come across, Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. I will give your info a go.

If you plug in the numbers, that shows the cam timing is about 2 degrees retarded. I'm sure Ford did that for emissions. I'd give that thing some advance and get some snap out of it. A 115.5° LSA is way up there anyway....
