DenBeste Motorsport - Still waiting my order #135
 
On December 8, 2013 I placed an order in this site, a nice Shelby wine among other things for the Christmas season, as of today I haven't receive my order, multiple emails and no reply. I will have to call my CC company for a refund. :mad:

I ordered some parts via the Shelby Engine's page and Rich was very helpful.
Contact them via the online contact form. (I got feedback this way)

got a reply today, it sucks! after waiting so much time I am not going to be able to taste the wine but at least they are sending out two cups at no cost, I will stick with caffeine instead of wine... Thank for the replies

I apologize for not responding to you in a timely fashion. We unfortunately can not ship wine to Puerto Rico. We have fully refunded your order, I am sorry for the inconvenience. We will shipyou two coffee cups free of charge due to this mishap. My apologies again.
