Fuse box tray
 
I am trying to get into the fuse box tray on a 2003 SPF (chassis #1586). After reading the manual I looked for the screws o loop and hook under the right side dash. There are 3 machine screws that I removed but the box did not budge. Help please.

Fuse panel just pivots down. Unless someone has improved the design in their garage.

Thanks I found it. My mistake was reading the manual; it is not on the right side as it states in the manual but on the left side under the dash.
